Refund & Cancellations

Return & Refund Policy 

We offer 15 days refund policy. If you have received any wrong products, please let us know as soon as possible. Feel free to email us at taruvarlive@gmail.com or give us a call on +91 9810631964. 

We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly. 

Refunds are not allowed in cases where- 

• If any of our plant or other product is delivered to the wrong address provided by the user. 
• Any defect or quality issues that took place due to improper handling.
• Refund will be initiated post delivery of the product back to us.

In case we fail to fulfill your order or have any missing parts, we shall inform you at the earliest and provide you with a complete refund. 

For prepaid orders the refund will be credited through the same mode used by the customer or through bank transfer. Once processed by Taruvar, it can take 2 to 3 days to reflect in your account. 

Shipping policy 

We ensure fast delivery and hence, we process orders immediately. If you want to make any changes or cancel your order, connect with us on taruvarlive@gmail.com  or (+919810631964), if the order is not ready or it is not shipped, we will try to modify/cancel your order.
